Our Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein is produced from soy, maize and wheat. It can be supplied in liquid, paste or powder form.
Our Yeast Extract is the soluble portion resulting from the process of autolysis and can be supplied in powder or paste form.
Both products are to enhance product flavours and are mainly applied in soups, sauces, seasoning, snacks, bouillons, and meat products.
